Ich bin geblitzdingst... wer bist DU eigentlich?
The training evening was somehow more ...
In a real bad weather (I love my hat) with wet snow and cold wind, the numerous members of the MPC in Munich made on separate training rides ...
Milo called me late, the poor guy was violent at work and could not get out of the office, Veit was imperative to build closet and gave me and Thomas called off (quite understandable - if there even is the ikeapuzzeln are breaks annoying. ..), but ran later on the Isar 9 kilometers Martin was late from work and it also has not made it to us, turns later to be alone for about an hour in West Park, Biggi and Julia have ladies night with running probably in E-Services and look at Black Swan made.
And when do the girls one on culture, to Thomas and of course I do not lag behind and sat on it one - we have our Black Swan just myself insziniert:
works after all. Note the socks ... Where's the Oscar?
But before that work was announced. The Ostpark was covered in snow, it blew a very cold wind and Thomas and I sludgy our 10 miles through dense snow shoots.
Fies war dabei weniger die Geschwindigkeit oder die Länge der Strecke, sondern the slick floor with the drops and climbs to offer the Ostpark has the wind, wet snow and the clothes were always wet and heavier. We were both in the end quite ready ... rewarded us but strong and cooked after extensive Danes stretch and shower like savages for an enjoyable ARP:
Starter:
Bruscetta on fresh Italian bread with fresh tomatoes and basil
olives pickled and dried tomatoes with fresh Bread
main course
Spaghetti Bolognese with a tomato-meat sauce, topped with a special blend of spices Roman
Supplement: real
Insalata Caprese with fine buffalo mozzarella and fresh tomatoes, seasoned with fresh basil
dessert
Real Sacher cake and espresso
people what you've missed ...
This relaxed, thoughtful conversations and high-minded to new ideas on how to go his colleagues the next day at work on the bag. I only say: double-sided adhesive tape ...
Next Tuesday, but all together, yes?
