After my knee the last few days had made no more problems, came this morning, the official "all clear" from the Doc.
Yes, I have overloaded my knee while preparing for the NYC Marathon, but the cartilage does not have a lot of damage suffered (see, however, not quite "virgin" from). So there
It is now three weeks physical therapy to stabilize the knee and the long runs should I wear ne bandage; running total can go on but!
However, it is now: toning and stretching (I feel a bit silly plan to make the front of the TV BauchBeinePo exercises ;-)).
All in all, I must acknowledge, however, but so slowly that my body really gets his rest, if I do not even give him (and it was the painful kind).
Above all I have to remember: first
If you can not even climb stairs anymore, you should not run the half marathon (it was, however, personal Bestzeit ;-) ).
2. Saufen und Laufen vertrÃĪgt sich nicht (07:40er Schnitt bei 160er Puls am Neujahrstag sagt wohl alles...).
